Levies and funds
An annual budget for the administrative fund and the capital works fund, with quarterly notices split by unit entitlement.
Meetings and votes
Agendas, proxies, and electronic voting for general meetings. The tally follows the motion type, including unfinancial lots.
Repairs
Owners and tenants lodge a request. The committee marks common property or lot-owner responsibility.
Documents
By-laws, insurance, minutes, the strata plan, and the capital works plan, with committee-only financial files kept separate.
Notices
A noticeboard for the scheme, and messages to every owner, the committee, or selected lots.
Compliance dates
A calendar for the Strata Hub annual report, insurance, the next AGM, and the other dates the product already tracks.
What it does not do
- It does not lodge the Strata Hub annual report. A helper builds the fields and an export.
- It does not replace a strata managing agent.
- It does not hold scheme money, and it is not a trust-accounting system.
- It is not legal advice. The NSW rules in the app are there for a committee to check.
